    BusinessMAP FSE Data

The powerful collection of data in BusinessMAP FSE would cost thousands of dollars if purchased seperately.

    Basic Demographics

ESRI's 2005/2010 demographic data incorporates ESRI's evaluated and revised model and methodology, Census 2000 data, and geography as well as new data sources. Changes to U.S. geography and standard statistical areas have been integrated into the data and restructured from the block level up, with all data for 1990 and 2000 revised for the affected area.

Combined with geographic data, it allows you to better target your marketing activities and decide what products and services to offer by revealing the demographic makeup of your customers and prospects including income, age, race, and other Census 2000-based information.

    Community Tapestry

Community Tapestry is ESRI's market segmentation system that classifies U.S. neighborhoods into 65 segments based on their socioeconomic and demographic composition. Segmentation explains customer diversity, describes lifestyles and life stages, and incorporates a wide range of data such as demographic, business, and market potential data.

    With Community Tapestry, you can

    • Profile your customers.
    • Determine who your most profitable customers are.
    • Define your merchandise mix.
    • Raise your direct mail response rates.
    • Reveal underserved markets.

    BranchInfo Data

In today's competitive environment, financial institutions must meet customer needs through a variety of delivery channels including the Internet. However, full-service branch locations provide the opportunity to build and extend customer relationships, enabling financial institutions to gain firsthand knowledge of customer needs.

BranchInfo from RPM Consulting is a value-added database of every bank location in the United States, carefully standardized and address-matched, containing branch-level information matched by the institution containing asset and branch deposit information.

    MarketBank Data

To help institutions understand overall market and current customer portfolio potential, MarketBank databases from RPM Consulting identify the opportunity for new retail banking and investment business among both existing customers and prospects.

Included are estimates for deposit and loan potential for every U.S. census tract to provide granularity without invading customer privacy. Data can be aggregated by

    • Branch trade areas
    • Sales territories
    • Other large geographies

These estimates are based on consumer behavior as revealed in the Federal Reserve Bank's Survey of Consumer Finances, a statistically representative, comprehensive survey of U.S. households based on in-home interviews conducted triannually. The top 3 percent or "Wealth" households are oversampled because of their underrepresentation in a random sample. Results are then projected to market areas based on the demographic and socioeconomic characteristics of households residing in the areas, as defined by ESRI.

    D&B Business Listings

View and analyze prospects or competition with more than 18 million records from D&B. Search by business name, location, size, or SIC code down to eight-digit detail.

    The D&B data includes

    • DUNS number
    • Address
    • City
    • State
    • ZIP Code
    • Telephone
    • Annual sales range
    • Employee range

Search results are plotted on the map and can be viewed in the BusinessMAP FSE database window. All D&B fields except sales and employee range are exportable in .dbf format at an additional cost.

    Tele Atlas Street Data

BusinessMAP FSE includes Tele Atlas street data for USA and Canada down to the street level. It includes many layers of boundaries such as states, counties, ZIP Codes, census tracts, and landmarks, among others. Line layers depict rivers, railroads, and state borders as well as highways, major roads, and streets. Point layers represent locations for cities, airports, highway exits, landmarks, and more.

    Use this geographic data to

    • Find locations.
    • Get driving directions.
    • Create territories.
    • Map databases.
